YouBase Is Ready for You: Here’s Why We Built It
There’s something broken in how AI tools treat users.
Most platforms operate on a simple model: you pay, the AI tries, and if it fails—tough luck. Your credits are gone. The broken code is your problem now.
Why is this considered normal?
When we started YouWare, we made a decision early on. We wanted to be transparent. Not transparent in the marketing way where companies say "we value transparency" and then bury terms in fine print. Actually transparent.
That meant building YouWare Credit Care—automatic refunds when our AI produces something you're not happy with. It sounds obvious. But apparently charging people for broken code is standard practice?

Transparency shouldn't feel revolutionary
Within our team, we have the same culture. Everything is visible. Decisions are discussed openly. Problems aren't hidden—they're solved together.
I think you can feel that in how a product is built. Today we're launching YouBase.
For months, I've watched AI builders get stuck in demo purgatory. Beautiful prototypes that never become real products. The gap between "look what I made" and "here's something people can actually use" felt enormous.
Closing the gap
YouBase closes that gap.
No hidden fees. No surprise charges when you scale. No fine print designed to extract money from you later. The pricing is what it says it is.
I know this sounds like it should be baseline behavior. Like something every company does.
It's not.
And that's exactly why we're building YouWare differently.
Transparency shouldn't feel revolutionary. But somehow, in this industry, it is.
